I like to be upfront about how we operate — because transparency matters.
Who’s driving?
Around 95% of our transfers are driven by either Wayne or myself. On the rare occasion we outsource, we’ll tell you at the time of booking, as there may be a price difference. No surprises.
Not a booking agency
We’re not a call centre or a booking platform passing your journey on to unknown drivers and 3rd party companies…..(unlike the current number 1 Facebook advertiser). We operate the vehicles, and deliver the service ourselves. When you book with us, you know exactly who’s responsible — from booking to drop-off.
Our vehicles
You’ll be travelling in a French-registered vehicle — always. Not Latvian, Lithuanian, or anything else. Put simply: your transfer operates locally, as it should.
Insurance & registration
Our vehicles are insured in France, including full public liability cover. We’re also a French-registered business. (If you enjoy small print, we encourage you to compare competitors’ T&Cs — some contracts are technically concluded and insured in places like Gliwice, Poland.)
Licences — clearly displayed
Our vehicles carry the required purple “Transport de Voyageurs” licence, and the red VTC disc when applicable. Everything visible, everything compliant.
Winter-ready
Yes, we carry snow chains. Yes, we know how to use them. And yes — that matters in the Alps. Unlike the vehicle stuck above Megève last Saturday… no snow chains, no company names, no guessing the reg number! 😉
In short:
Owner-operated. Local. Legal. Insured. Experienced.
Exactly how an Alpine transfer should be.
